Online Survivor Benefits Reports are created for surviving family members of active duty service members whose deaths occurred on or after 9/11. These reports are accessible online 24 hours a day and provide protected access to critical benefits information.
Initial reports are posted in the secure portal and remain accessible to family members for six months from the time of death.
Online Survivor Benefits Reports are provided in a standard format for all services; however, each service has a separate link to access their reports. Survivors are provided a password to access their reports when their accounts are established.
