Casualty - The Latest For several years now, survivor benefits reports have been provided to surviving family members of service members who die on active duty. We are pleased to announce that, effective immediately, a new interactive online survivor benefits report will be available for survivors of all service members who have died on active duty that can be accessed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
