Staying Active and Fit during Extended Stays in PCS Lodging

You've packed up all your belongings, arrived at your new installation, and now you and your family are living in permanent change of station lodging for an undetermined amount of time. What options are available to help you pass the time while you're waiting to get settled into your new home? Visit your installation Morale, Welfare and Recreation Center or Sport and Fitness Center for a variety of recreational activities to get you involved and to help you stay fit and healthy.

MWR Recreation Centers

You and your family can join in the fun by taking part in directed and planned group activities, or you can pick and choose what activities are best suited for your family.

Here are just a few of the many resources and activities you have to choose from:

  • Computer centers with Internet cafés
  • Leisure travel information
  • Merchandise and snack bars
