Community Employment Connections
Moving to a new installation every two to three years can definitely have an effect on the career paths of military spouses. Unless they have a career they can transfer to the new location, military spouses can often start their job search using employment resources, including the installation-based military and family support center. However, employment connections also exist within the state and local community, which may provide other possibilities for training, education and job searches.
