The Joint Services Transcripts for Military Personnel

The new Joint Services Transcript is a collaborative transcript program that replaces the Sailor Marine Corps American Council on Education Registry Transcript, the Army American Council on Education Registry Transcript System and the Coast Guard Institute Council on Education Registered Transcripts. This collaboration offers service members and veterans ONE officially recognized military transcript. The standardized document makes it easier for colleges and universities to review and consider credit recommendations. In fact, more than 2,300 colleges and universities recognize these transcripts as official documentation of military training and experiences and applicable American Council on Education credit recommendations.

Community College of the Air Force is the Air Force's federally chartered degree-granting institution. Students may view their progress reports on the AF Portal. Options to order an official CCAF transcript can be found through Air University or the CCAF Online Transcript System.
