When you open MoodHacker, this evidenced-based and scientifically tested tool will ask you to rate your mood from 1 to 10. It then provides a list of mood-improving activities for you to try – such as taking a walk or meditating – and it records which ones make you feel better. MoodHacker uses a chart to track your mood, shows the top activities that contribute to your highest mood ratings and sends you personalized messages. Use it as long as you’d like. There’s no time limit.
If you indicate a decrease in mood, you are reminded to use your mood helper activities. And if you need additional support, you are also given the option of contacting Military OneSource for additional assistance.
