As a service member, your military benefits entitle you and your family to stay at military lodging around the world. From cottages at the beach and cabins in the mountains to world-class resorts, there are plenty of affordable destinations for a great trip.
Start here to plan your trip:
Explore a number of destinations.
Explore the four corners of the globe with military lodging. On the East Coast, check out Shades of Green® in Orlando, Florida, or Fort Fisher on the beaches of North Carolina. On the West Coast, look at Seward Resort in Alaska or Big Bear in Southern California. Travel to Europe and stay at the Edelweiss Lodge in Germany. Keep these things in mind.
Here are a few pointers that can help with your travel planning. First, do your research and make reservations as early as you can. Second, pet policies may vary. Make sure your four-legged guests are welcome before you book your stay. Finally, mailing addresses are sometimes listed on military lodging websites or brochures. Request a GPS-friendly address when you make your reservation to help you reach your destination.
