Access to free, confidential counseling is available

Help communicating with your partner may make all the difference in your relationship. You can access free, confidential, non-medical counseling services — for you or you and your partner together — through Military OneSource or via the Military and Family Life Counseling Program. Military OneSource non-medical counselors are available online, on the phone and in person, and child and youth behavioral health support services are available at your installation.
