Text reads: When the service member is in the detailing window, the date of the last E F M P update/enrollment is checked to ensure information is still valid. If it is not, then correspondence is sent to the service member and the service member's command requesting an update. If the information is still valid, the proposed location is checked to see if TRICARE-authorized services are available.
- If 'yes,' then the orders are passed from the E F M P staff back to the detailer.
- If 'no,' then the orders are disapproved by the E F M P staff and the detailing process starts over.
