Let the Transition Assistance Program, a partnership among the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Labor's Veterans' Employment and Training Service, make the transition back to the civilian section a smooth one. Resume Hero2Hired Employment Coordinators continue to provide quality career readiness assistance to Reserve Component service members preparing for their next civilian career — resume assistance, interviewing skills, etc. Each state, territory and the District of Columbia has an H2H Employment Coordinator assigned who can assist with Veterans Employment Center enrollment and local employment resources.
