Orders are not issued until the completion of the F M R C process. The E F M P-M Office is the point of contact for both E F M P enrollment and F M R C. The E F M P-M staff office includes: the F M R C Coordinator who works with families and handles the necessary paperwork, and the Special Needs Coordinator (S N C) who advises families and is responsible for program oversight.
