Text reads: If travel is recommended, the F M R C Coordinator and/or the S N C can provide contact information on the new base. The family should contact the E F M P-M office at the new location when they arrive. The E F M P-M office can provide contact information on medical resources (M T F, TRICARE telephone numbers, etc.) as well as contact information for the E F M P Family Support Coordinator where they can learn about community resources. If travel is not recommended, the sponsor is notified and is advised of the appeal process, as well as alternate assignment options.
