Army Exceptional Family Member Program

The Exceptional Family Member Program works with other agencies to provide support and services to families with special needs. Soldiers on active duty must enroll in EFMP when they have a family member who requires specialized services. Enrollment ensures their needs are considered in the military assignment process.
