Service Provider Courses

Overview

As a service provider, you are responsible for providing services and support to enhance the quality of life and well-being of your service members. These courses will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the unique challenges service members face and help you know where to point your service members for the right resources. The following courses will teach you all you need to know to better take care of your service members by helping you:

  • Learn how to account for yourself and others during a natural or man-made disaster and understand why personnel accountability is vital
  • Recognize the signs of child abuse and neglect, and domestic abuse, and learn how to safely offer Family Advocacy Program-related services
  • Discover ways to support those impacted by suicide
  • Find ways to support children and families
  • Deliver MWR programs and services in an adaptive manner
  • Learn the importance of the Defense Installation Messaging System and how to properly use it
