Air Force Families Forever

Benefit overview

Air Force Families Forever facilitates long-term case management procedures and provides support for surviving family members of deceased regular Air Force, Space Force and Reserve Component airmen who died in an active duty, inactive duty for training or annual training status and whose relationship was established prior to the airman’s or guardian’s death.

How to access this benefit

Support is provided to eligible next-of-kin through Military & Family Readiness Centers at installations closest to where the survivor resides. For more information about Air Force Families Forever and how it can assist surviving family members, visit the AFFF program page.
