SpouseWorks (formerly SECO) helps military spouses grow skills, get career advice and find jobs. Eligible military spouses can connect with career coaches for personalized support at each stage of their career journey.

Every coach has a master’s degree in education, adult education, vocational counseling or human services.

Coaches can help spouses set career goals, improve their resumes and interview skills and grow their job search skills.

Convenience

Coaches are available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET on Saturday, except federal holidays.

No. Programs, services and support remain available with no changes to benefits or eligibility.

No action is required. Military spouses can continue accessing programs and services as they do today.

Yes. Career coaching services remain unchanged and continue to provide personalized support.

The launch is being implemented in phases, so some websites and materials may temporarily include both names during the transition period.
