NAF Treasury Open Forum

DoDI 1015.15 requires a second meeting of the NAF Treasury Managers to be hosted by one of the Military Services or Exchanges as a “forum for the free exchange of information concerning short-term and long-term investments, rates of return, financial institutions, and treasury management practices.”

The Open Forum meeting allows for a second annual discussion of initiatives and emerging trends in the areas of NAF treasury management, cash and investments.

The Open Forum meets annually, usually in November.

The Open Forum consists of Treasury Managers from the Military Services and Exchanges. Representatives from the MWR and Resale Policy office attend the meetings and provide a summary, in accordance with DoDI 1015.15.
