Survivor Support Staff Connect

Survivor Support Staff Connect is a new secure online forum designed to strengthen communication and resource sharing among long-term case managers across all military service branches.

The forum provides a centralized hub where users can connect with peers, ask questions, share resources and discuss best practices for supporting surviving family members. Hosted on a secure, certificate-enabled platform, the forum makes it easier for survivor support professionals to collaborate and exchange information in one location.

Staff members who want to access the forum must:

1. Complete the automated DD Form 2875 “System Authorization Access Request” process — and must maintain an approved SAAR on file to retain access. The SAAR process includes instructions for using the platform.
2. After completion, approved users can sign in with their common access card credentials.
