Military OneSource Contact Center Transition

The health and well-being of service members and their families are top priorities and a cornerstone of military readiness. Our most valuable resource is our people and Military OneSource is committed to providing the highest level of care. In light of that commitment, the War Department is transitioning to a new service provider for Military OneSource's contact center in summer 2026.

Military OneSource is the constant connection to trusted resources and support services, anywhere in the world, 24/7. The department is ensuring service members and their families continue to have access to the full range of support and resources they've come to rely on from Military OneSource, without interruption.

Q: I am an approved provider with Military OneSource. How can I become a provider through the new vendor?

A: Military OneSource is committed to maintaining continuity of services and care during the transition to a new vendor. We will continue to connect participants with trusted professionals who meet high standards of care and confidentiality.
