The MILITARY STAR card is offering three months of 0% interest and no payments to all active-duty military personnel and their families, DOD civilians, retired employees and eligible veterans on all commissary purchases made from Oct. 1-31, 2025, with no minimum or maximum purchase limit.
The MILITARY STAR card, administered by the Army and Air Force Exchange Service, is offering limited-time financial relief for eligible members impacted by the government shutdown. The offer from MILITARY STAR credit card applies to purchases at all commissary locations worldwide and is available to both new and existing MILITARY STAR cardholders. The MILITARY STAR program also offers deployment benefits to eligible active-duty service members and mobilized National Guard and reserves with valid orders.
In 2024, more than 387,000 shoppers used their MILITARY STAR card at commissaries for $353 million in groceries, resulting in cardholders earning $7.2 million in rewards.
