DOD Safe Helpline

Overview

Safe Helpline is the Defense Department’s sole hotline for members affected by sexual assault. The helpline is a completely anonymous, confidential, 24/7 specialized service. It provides help and information anytime, anywhere.

A Safe Helpline user can find one-on-one support and peer-to-peer support. They can also find information, resources and self-care exercises to aid in their recovery. Since 2011, Safe Helpline has provided support and resources to thousands of members of the DOD community.
