Thrift Savings Plan and Savings Deposit Program Information

Saving money doesn’t come easy to most people, but the military offers two programs to help you out. The federal government’s Thrift Savings Plan lets you save tax-free toward your retirement while the Defense Department’s Savings Deposit Program allows you to build savings quickly during military deployments to a combat zone.
