Military OneSource will host a free virtual summit in April to help warfighters and their partners strengthen the relationships in their lives, boost well-being and become more mission ready.

The Ready, Set, Connect: Building Bonds for Readiness summit is designed for the military community. It will feature experts, including military and family life counselors, in more than 55 sessions on topics covering communication skills, building trust, positive parenting, self-care and more. The event will be held April 7-8, 2026, and is open to service members, military spouses, partners, significant others and parents of military children.

“We understand that all relationships face challenges, and military life can sometimes add extra stress. Our warfighters and their families constantly are turning to Military OneSource for relationship counseling, coaching and support,” said Stephen B. Simmons, deputy assistant secretary of war for Military Community and Family Policy. “Because strong relationships are key to both personal well-being and mission readiness, this event offers warfighters and their families (this includes spouses, significant others, children, caregivers, and service providers) a chance to strengthen their skills and connect with others in the military community.”

The relationship summit will support all kinds of relationships through three learning tracks:
