How to Access and Use Your OSBRs

Learn about Online Survivor Benefits Reports, who is eligible to receive them, the process for gaining access to the reports and how the interactive OSBR can help survivors achieve financial security. Also discover the role that casualty assistance officers play, how to know if you are receiving all the benefits you’re eligible for and how survivors can get help if they are having trouble setting up an account or accessing their reports.

Surviving family members can access their customized interactive OSBR using their myAuth account. To connect your interactive OSBR to your myAuth account, you must provide your myAuth DOD ID to the Family Assistance Support Team by calling 877-827-2471 or emailing MFOSBR@magellanfederal.com.

To create a myAuth account, survivors with an existing DS Logon will need to update their account to myAuth, while those without a DS Logon will need to create a myAuth account.
