The Spouse Education and Career Opportunities program offers a suite of free services to connect military spouses with education and career opportunities. The program helps spouses overcome barriers to employment, such as frequent relocation.
Through SECO, military spouses can access resources and tools related to career exploration, education, training and licensing, employment readiness and networking.
SECO’s offerings include free career coaching, the My Career Advancement Account Scholarship workforce development program, the Military Spouse Employment Partnership, the Military Spouse Transition Program and the MySECO website.
Spouses and employers, join one of our live virtual town halls to learn about the Career Accelerator, a paid fellowship for military spouses that will launch January 5, 2026.
