Amy C. Rodick
Program Analyst
Ms. Amy Rodick has over 19 years of military and federal civil service combined. She is currently working as a senior program analyst in the Department of the Army’s G-9, which serves as the Army senior leaders’ military staff adviser for Army installation operations. Prior to this assignment while assigned to Fort Bliss, TX, Ms. Rodick served as the interim chief for mobilization and deployment at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, providing strategic planning and analysis for future requirements based on the HQDA RC capability and capacity requirements to accommodate the force flow requirements as defined by the force model for major contingency operations. Other critical positions Ms. Rodick has held include director, human resources and chief of the Military Personnel Division.
Ms. Amy Rodick is currently an executive graduate student at Georgetown University-McCourt School of Public Policy; holds a Master of Education in school counseling from Bowie State University; has obtained several graduate certificates in military resilience from Liberty University and a graduate certificate in business specializing in human resource management from Capella University and possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from Loyola University in Chicago where she graduated cum laude and was the ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate. Ms.
Rodick is a board-certified national certified counselor and has earned her Associate Professional in Human Resources certification. Ms. Rodick is an Army veteran and a current military spouse well-versed in the many benefits and challenges of military life.
