DoD Directive 1344.09, “Indebtedness of Military Personnel,” October 27, 1994, certified as current December 8,2008 This Directive provides policies and responsibilities governing delinquent indebtedness of military personnel and prescribes policy for processing garnishments to the pay of military members to satisfy judgment indebtedness.
