Relocation Courses
The Relocation 101 course includes four e-learning modules, each explaining a different resource and how it supports service members and families during relocation. The course enables relocation assistance service providers to be more knowledgeable in navigating Military OneSource relocation applications, work more efficiently and improve the customer service experience.

Do you provide relocation or information and referral support to service members and families? Are you looking for a central source for detailed information on services at military installations? If your answer to either question is “Yes,” this course is for you. Learn how to access and navigate MilitaryINSTALLATIONS, and get hands-on practice using the key features of this valuable resource, including installation overviews, contacts for programs and services, check-in procedures and community information for installations worldwide.

Plan My Move
Plan My Move is an online tool that helps service members and their families prepare for a move by breaking down the process into clear, manageable steps. Take this course to discover the benefits of using Plan My Move, including how to create an account and navigate all its features. Learn how the customizable checklists and related resources help make the moving process easier for families – whether they are heading across the country or across the world.

Defense Installation Messaging System, or DIMS
This course will help DIMS users understand how vital the DIMS tool is to MilitaryINSTALLATIONS. DIMS users contribute to installations pages that collectively receive over 2 million pageviews annually. You’ll learn how to access and navigate DIMS and related tools and resources, and how to use DIMS to update and certify information on MilitaryINSTALLATIONS.
