Help communicating with your partner may make all the difference in your relationship. You can access free, confidential, non-medical counseling services – for you or you and your partner together – through Military OneSource or via the Military and Family Life Counseling Program.

Don’t ignore your physical and emotional health during difficult times.
Keeping up with a fitness routine and talking to a counselor during difficult times can help reduce stress for you, your partner and your children. Military OneSource non-medical counselors are available online, on the phone and in person, and child and youth behavioral health support services are available at your installation.

Take benefits, finances and child custody into account.
